A hard money loan is a loan secured by the value of a tangible asset; typically real estate property. Hard money loans are usually provided at higher interest rates than conventional commercial or residential property loans.

Yes.  You have the ability to pay off your loan at any time during the loan term without any early payment penalty.

We are a direct private equity lender, with our own investors and investment pool

Yes. All loans are subject to at least 2 points origination plus closing costs.

Investor Frequently Asked Questions

The minimum amount to invest is $250,000.

An accredited investor, in the context of a natural person,
includes anyone who:

– earned income that exceeded $200,000 (or $300,000
together with a spouse) in each of the prior two years,
and reasonably expects the same for the

current year, OR

– has a net worth over $1 million, either alone or
together with a spouse (excluding the value of the
person’s primary residence).

An investment period is 12 months with an option to extend.

Investments are secured by real estate with an LTV no greater than 70%.
